We are not a travel agent and do not make bookings on your behalf. The itineraries are recommendations only and are designed to save you time in doing the research yourself. We check that each destination or accommodation is available when you wish to visit, and then provide you with comprehensive contact details. It is then up to you to contact the providers in the itinerary and make your own bookings via email, internet or other means of your choosing.
Yes, by filling out the questionnaire, we will gain some insight into what you may like to do and plan accordingly. You might also find that by filling out the questionnaire, you become clearer in your own mind about what you would like to do.
We will initially make contact with you within 48 hours to confirm your details and payment. This contact will be via email. Once payment is received, a Bronze Service itinerary will be sent to you within 7 working days. For Silver Service, the itinerary will take a maximum of 10 working days to prepare and will be sent to you for approval. For Gold Service, the itinerary will be sent to you for approval within 14 working days.
Once a Bronze level itinerary has been sent to you, additional changes you request will incur extra costs, which will be discussed with you at the time. For Silver and Gold level services, a draft itinerary outlining the proposed basic route (but no accommodations, restaurants or activities) will be emailed to you first. After your approval of the basic route, a full itinerary will be developed. If alterations are required after the final itinerary is sent out, this constitutes a change. Changes include: alterations to suggested accommodation, route, number of days at destination etc. A maximum of 3 changes is possible for the Silver level of service and a maximum of 5 changes is possible for Gold itineraries at no extra cost after the final itinerary has been sent to you.
No, you must organise your own airfares as we are not a travel agent. Domestically, we will research and recommend the best way to travel to your destinations within Australia but booking is your own responsibility.
We are confident that this will not happen, but places change constantly. We have no control over the individual operators that we recommend and we have no control over the weather either! If something is not to your liking, please give us some constructive feedback. Good feedback is also most welcome! We regret that after work has commenced on your itinerary, no refunds are possible.
It’s true. Australia has many different climate zones – tropical in the north with a dry and wet season and four seasons in the south. Don’t worry – we know about this. We will not recommend that you take off on a self drive tour through the desert in the middle of summer. That is why it is important that we have an idea of your travel dates.
